The perfect fall martini!
Serves 2
- 1.5 cups of Dark Chocolate Almond Milk
- 3 fl. oz. vodka
- 1.75 fl. oz. Torani Toasted Marshmallow syrup
- 1 vegan graham cracker square (I used Sweet & Sara graham crackers), crushed into fine crumbs
- agave nectar
- 2 Sweet & Sara Marshmallows
- Mix almond milk, vodka and syrup into a shaker with ice. Taste it and add more vodka or syrup if you want it stronger and/or sweeter.
- Spread agave nectar around the rim of the martini glass and dip into graham cracker crumbs. Strain martini into graham cracker coated glasses.
- Toast marshmallows (a gas stove is great for this if you don’t have a fire handy) and place one in the center of each glass.
