Toasted Marshmallow Martinis

The perfect fall martini!

Serves 2

  • 1.5 cups of Dark Chocolate Almond Milk
  • 3 fl. oz. vodka
  • 1.75  fl. oz. Torani Toasted Marshmallow syrup
  • 1 vegan graham cracker square (I used  Sweet & Sara graham crackers), crushed into fine crumbs
  • agave nectar
  • 2 Sweet & Sara Marshmallows
  1. Mix almond milk, vodka and syrup into a shaker with ice.  Taste it and add more vodka or syrup if you want it stronger and/or sweeter.
  2. Spread agave nectar around the rim of the martini glass and dip into graham cracker crumbs. Strain martini into graham cracker coated glasses.
  3. Toast marshmallows (a gas stove is great for this if you don’t have a fire handy) and place one in the center of each glass.
